Purpose of the Job:
Assist the branch to achieve business goals by increasing number of customers & effective pest management services to meet customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities (Job Descriptions):
Develop third party revenue stream by increasing customers for commercial pest management services. Ensure timely receipt of payments from Customers within the company’s credit period.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective response to customer feedback.
Maintain good relationship with customers through telephone calls and personal visits.

Purpose of the Job:
Responsible for setting up, delegating , supervising for operations and sales organization in his territory. Adjusting operational and sales activities on tactical and operations level in consultation with superior and give timely feedback to management and other departments. Perform business within the framework of NBHC core values and business policy guidelines and of respective functions.
Key Responsibilities (Job Descriptions):
Continually increase third party customers and revenue from such customers in the region.
Ensure steady revenue through increasing number of AMC’s and customers availing such services.
Meet needs of internal customers through planning and effective implementation of services required within NBHC.
Plan the department’s business for the territory to achieve the department’s business goals and objectives. Where required, meet needs of NBHC BD team for planning and effective implementation of pest treatment for stocks at PWH Warehouses.
Understand and implement company’s policies and systems for effective and efficient functioning of branches.
Lead the region’s team for achieving industry leadership.
Lead, develop, coach and manage employees responsibility (Recruiting, staffing, training, Individual development, motivation, recognition, assessment & feedback and retention).
Provide technical and operations support to the team. Organize operational meetings with the team.
Empower team member based on skills and competencies.
Elaborate monthly reports based on the business lines. Support implementation of new initiatives by the business lines. Reporting of incidental key issues (e.g. new developments, accidents, client issues etc.)
Experience :
6 – 8 years
Purpose of the Job:
-Development of Key Accounts Business (generate, retain & grow). Assisting the business to achieve Consistent Sales Budget by promoting NBHC – Pestinct’s Pest Management Services to Key Accounts (large customers) in different industry segments.
Key Responsibilities (Job Descriptions):
-Handling Key Account Portfolio.
-Responsible for Retaining & Growing Key Account Business & Customer Portfolio via New Client Acquisition.
-Strategic Planning for penetrating in targeted industry segments for increasing market share.
-Managing Healthy Sales Pipeline for delivering Monthly Targeted Business.
-Monitoring Competitor Activity in Each Key Account.
-Maintain & Analyze captured data with sound knowledge in Business ERP Usage.
-Managing Operating Profits for all his Key Accounts Business through the right mix of pricing and quality to customer.
-Coordinate with Branch Operations Team to ensure timely initiation and continued provision of effective services to customers.
-Managing payment cycle including timely submission of invoice and payment within credit policy.
-Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (developing client to fullest potential, problem solving, implementing cross-selling strategy).
